That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection

Christian faith is not merely information or theories about God, but it is focused on the living personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This relationship is not only based on faith and love, but also on entering, in complete freedom, into a fellowship and unison with Him. More precisely, it is to enter into a New Covenant with Him. This is what Christians do in Baptism, which is to die to the old life and obtain the power of resurrection and new life.  Here, knowledge becomes a living experience, and a relationship of steadfastness, unity, and delight from which the power of resurrection radiates.

The Kingdom of Christ

It was evident that the lord Jesus entered into Jerusalem as a King, even though His personal character, and the manner by which He entered, were much different from worldly Kings.  He is a simple and humble King, a meek and peaceful King, a spiritual King who is sojourner to this world. Nonetheless, He is a great and strong King, a just and victorious King (Zechariah 9:9), a fearful, but at the same time, loving King.

The Visitations of God

The story of healing the man who was born blind sheds some light on the Visitations of God. This story is similar to many encounter of the Lord Jesus with the sick, the sinners, or the needy, all of which had visitations from God to His people in a personal way, one soul at a time because He loves every soul and seeks the salvation of every soul, and He is keen on giving a special gift to everyone.
